Privacy
Your request stays on this site. When you press "Send request", your answers, the service, your language, the request reference and, if you add it, your WhatsApp number go to my private inbox. Messaging me on WhatsApp is optional and separate.
I use it only to understand what you need and reply to you. Nobody else can open the inbox. It's stored with Cloudflare, so it may be kept on servers outside Oman.
To stop spam, I record when you agreed and a scrambled code made from your network address. I never store the address itself or details about your browser.
How long I keep it: requests that don't become a project are deleted after 90 days, and spam after 7 days. Projects are kept for 12 months after they finish. Your number is removed 30 days after a project finishes.
This page only remembers your language and that you've visited before, on your own device. WhatsApp handles your messages under its own privacy terms.
Want to see or delete what I have? Message me on WhatsApp and I'll take care of it. Deleting a request removes it and your number straight away; if it had already become a project, the project notes stay until the 12 months are up.
